Does the Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM alert followers on signal loss?
What Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM’s own apps (EasySense, EasyFollow) do, from the maker’s documents.
Yes
EasySense gives a LOST SENSOR alert, and the reading shows LOST when the signal has been lost for more than 10 minutes. EasyFollow gives followers a No Sensor Data reminder. (Medtrum UK user guide, p. 14; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 16)
The Nano CGM is not FDA-cleared and the EasySense and EasyFollow apps are not in the US App Store, so these answers come from Medtrum's international (WW) and UK English pages and guides.
With Glide
Yes
After 30 minutes without a reading (you can set 15 or more), every phone on the profile gets a lost signal banner. Overnight, in the hours you choose, Glide can also call a phone (Premium). (/medtrum)
