Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM signal loss: what the maker says to do
LOST means the phone has had no signal from the transmitter for more than 10 minutes. The transmitter keeps recording, and the readings fill in when the connection comes back. (Medtrum UK user guide, p. 14; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 16; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 5; Medtrum)
What the maker says to do
- Move the phone close to the transmitter.
- Make sure Bluetooth is on.
- Wait for the app to reconnect; missed readings are sent from the transmitter.
The Nano CGM is not FDA-cleared and the EasySense and EasyFollow apps are not in the US App Store, so these answers come from Medtrum's international (WW) and UK English pages and guides.
A call when readings stop
Glide sends every phone on the profile a lost signal banner after 30 minutes without a reading, and overnight it can call a phone number you verify (Premium). How the lost-signal call works.
