Do Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM alarms sound in Silent mode or a Focus?
What Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM’s own apps (EasySense, EasyFollow) do, from the maker’s documents.
Not stated by the maker
Medtrum does not describe an override for silent mode or Focus. Its guides for both EasySense and EasyFollow tell you to turn Silent and Do Not Disturb off. (Medtrum UK user guide, p. 5; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 7)
The Nano CGM is not FDA-cleared and the EasySense and EasyFollow apps are not in the US App Store, so these answers come from Medtrum's international (WW) and UK English pages and guides.

Partly
Glide's banners are Time Sensitive: they can appear during a Focus that permits them, but do not bypass Silent. Its overnight call comes from a contact with Emergency Bypass on, which rings through Silent and Focus (Premium). (/lost-signal-call)
