Medtrum TouchCare Nano CGM follower not getting alerts
EasyFollow reminders need notifications on, sound on, and the app running. Medtrum tells followers to keep Silent and Do Not Disturb off. (Medtrum UK user guide, p. 7; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 8)
What the maker says to do
- Turn on notifications for EasyFollow.
- Turn Silent and Do Not Disturb off.
- Turn Audio and Vibrate on in EasyFollow under General Settings, Audio Options.
- Keep EasyFollow open and running in the background.
The Nano CGM is not FDA-cleared and the EasySense and EasyFollow apps are not in the US App Store, so these answers come from Medtrum's international (WW) and UK English pages and guides.
A call when readings stop
Glide sends every phone on the profile a lost signal banner after 30 minutes without a reading, and overnight it can call a phone number you verify (Premium). How the lost-signal call works.
