Medtrum says EasyFollow allows an unlimited number of followers. One EasyFollow account can add more than one person to follow from its Remote View list. (Medtrum; Medtrum UK user guide, p. 8)
The Nano CGM is not FDA-cleared and the EasySense and EasyFollow apps are not in the US App Store, so these answers come from Medtrum's international (WW) and UK English pages and guides.
With Glide

It uses one EasyFollow follower account. Everyone else joins the Glide profile with an invite code, and there is no limit on how many Glide followers a profile has. (/medtrum)
