Dexcom ONE+ follower not getting alerts

A follower gets alerts only for what the wearer chose to share. Each follower then turns on Low, High or No Data notifications in Dexcom Follow, and those follow the follower's phone sound settings. (Dexcom user guide, p. 45; Dexcom user guide, p. 48; Dexcom user guide, p. 47)

What the maker says to do

1. Ask the wearer to give you access to glucose alerts and notifications in Connections > Share.
2. In Dexcom Follow, tap Settings and turn on Low, High or No Data notifications.
3. Turn the phone sound on, because Follow notifications match the phone settings.
