Do FreeStyle Libre 3 and 3 Plus alarms sound in Silent mode or a Focus?
What FreeStyle Libre 3 and 3 Plus’s own apps (Libre app, FreeStyle Libre 3 app, LibreLinkUp) do, from the maker’s documents.
Partly
In the Libre app, the low, high and signal loss alarms override a muted phone and Do Not Disturb by default, and iPhone needs Critical Alerts on. The app's own Silent Mode mutes them. The LibreLinkUp manual tells followers to turn off Do Not Disturb. (Abbott)
In the US, Abbott's Libre app replaces the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, whose App Store listing says it is not the latest app.
With Glide
Partly
Glide's banners are Time Sensitive: they can appear during a Focus that permits them, but do not bypass Silent. Its overnight call comes from a contact with Emergency Bypass on, which rings through Silent and Focus (Premium). (/lost-signal-call)
