Eversense 365 signal loss: what the maker says to do
If the phone is too far from the smart transmitter, the transmitter vibrates and the app shows Transmitter Disconnected. The transmitter stores data while apart and the graph fills in when they reconnect. No data is collected when the transmitter is off the arm or charging. (Eversense)
What the maker says to do
- Bring the phone within 24.9 feet (7.6 meters) of the smart transmitter.
- Open the Eversense 365 app.
- If the transmitter was off the arm, put it back over the sensor and wait up to 10 minutes for readings.
