Dexcom Stelo signal loss: what the maker says to do

Sensor reconnecting means the phone stopped getting readings over Bluetooth. You get no readings until it is fixed. Up to 24 hours of missed readings can fill in afterward. (Stelo (Dexcom))

What the maker says to do

1. Turn Bluetooth off, then on, and leave it on.
2. Keep the app open on the screen. Do not swipe it closed.
3. Keep the phone within 20 feet of the sensor, on the same side of the body.
4. Restart the phone and the app if this does not work.
5. Keep the phone battery at 20% or more.

Stelo is sold over the counter in the US only. Dexcom says your primary residence and your Stelo account must be in the US.
