Eversense 365 follower not getting alerts
Eversense NOW only sends glucose alerts if notifications are allowed for the app. A follower's alerts can differ from the wearer's when their settings differ. (Eversense)
What the maker says to do
- Allow notifications for Eversense NOW when the app asks, or turn them on in phone settings.
- Swipe left from the trend graph to see the last 20 alerts in Alert History.
