Eversense 365 warm-up: how long it takes
After a health care provider inserts the sensor, it has a 24-hour Warm-Up Phase. Then the Initialization Phase needs 4 fingerstick calibrations, and readings appear a few minutes after the 2nd calibration. (Eversense)
What the maker says to do
- Wait 24 hours after the sensor is linked; you do not need to wear the transmitter during this time.
- Turn on the smart transmitter and place it over the sensor with an adhesive patch.
- Do the calibrations when the app asks.
