SIBIONICS GS1 signal loss: what the maker says to do
The phone must stay within 6 meters (20 feet) of the sensor with Bluetooth on. When communication comes back, the recorded readings fill in. (SIBIONICS user guide, p. 29; SIBIONICS user guide, p. 28)
What the maker says to do
- Make sure Bluetooth is on.
- Make sure the app has the Nearby Devices and Location permissions.
- Keep the phone within 6 meters (20 feet) of the sensor.
- Make sure no other phone or watch is connected to the sensor.
- Restart the phone and connect to the sensor again.
- If the problem continues, email [email protected].
The GS1 is not FDA-cleared and is not sold in the US; these answers come from SIBIONICS's EU/UK English user guide, its sibionicscgm.com pages and the UK App Store.
