Eversense 365 alarms not sounding
Phone Do Not Disturb silences app alerts except high priority ones; the Low Glucose Override setting lets low alerts play at full volume. If the transmitter does not vibrate, check pairing, the app's own Do Not Disturb option and the battery. (Eversense)
What the maker says to do
- Turn on Low Glucose Override, and allow it in the phone settings.
- Check that Do Not Disturb is off in Menu > Settings > Sound Settings.
- Check that the smart transmitter is paired and charged.
- Go to About > My Transmitter and tap Demonstration to test the vibration.
- If it still does not vibrate, contact Customer Service.
