Eversense 365 follower app not updating
Eversense NOW needs internet, and data can be late or missing if the wearer's phone, internet, transmitter range or transmitter charging has a problem. A follower also sees no data when the wearer has turned off Share My Data for them. (Eversense)
What the maker says to do
- Make sure the follower's phone has an internet connection.
- Make sure the wearer's smart transmitter is in range of the wearer's phone and is charged.
- Ask the wearer to check that Share My Data is on for you.
