How many followers can a Dexcom G7 have?

Yes

A G7 wearer can share with up to 10 followers. The current Dexcom Follow app listing says one follower can follow up to 25 sharers; an older Dexcom FAQ still says 10. (Dexcom; App Store listing)

With Glide

Yes

It reads through the wearer's own Share login, so it does not use one of Dexcom's follower slots. Everyone else joins the Glide profile with an invite code, and there is no limit on how many Glide followers a profile has. (/dexcom)
