Dexcom Stelo alarms not sounding
Stelo notifications follow the phone's settings, so silent mode mutes them. Low Power Mode can delay them, and Optimized Battery Charging, Screen Time limits or a hidden app can stop them. (Stelo (Dexcom); Dexcom user guide, p. 45)
What the maker says to do
- Turn the phone sound on and the volume up.
- Turn off Low Power Mode.
- Turn off Optimized Battery Charging.
- Turn off Downtime and App Limits, or add Stelo to Always Allowed apps.
- If you hid the Stelo app on iPhone, long press it and remove Face ID.
Stelo is sold over the counter in the US only. Dexcom says your primary residence and your Stelo account must be in the US.
