Dexcom G7 sensor failed early: getting a replacement
When G7 shows Sensor Failed, remove the sensor and start a new one. Dexcom replaces failed G6 and G7 sensors under its Sensor Replacement Policy; you need the sensor serial number (SN). (Dexcom)

- Submit a Product Support Request on dexcom.com, or call Dexcom Technical Support at 1-844-607-8398 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
- Have the serial number (SN) of the failed sensor and your contact information ready.
