SIBIONICS GS1 sensor failed early: getting a replacement
Contact SIBIONICS Customer Service within the 14-day wear period. They replace one sensor for each sensor code you send, and give no after-sale service for sensors from unauthorized sellers. (SIBIONICS)
What the maker says to do
- Keep the sensor on if you can.
- Email [email protected] with a screenshot of the error, the sensor's LT/AA number or connection code, photos of the sensor and site, and your order ID.
- Contact them before the 14 days are over.
The GS1 is not FDA-cleared and is not sold in the US; these answers come from SIBIONICS's EU/UK English user guide, its sibionicscgm.com pages and the UK App Store.
