Dexcom G7 compatible phones
Dexcom keeps the list of compatible phones at dexcom.com/compatibility; G7 works with recent iPhones and many Android phones, and the G7 receiver is the option for others. The current App Store listing for the G7 app requires iOS 18.6 or later. (Dexcom; App Store listing; Dexcom user guide, p. 13)
What the maker says to do
- Check your phone model at dexcom.com/compatibility before you update the OS or buy a new phone.
- If your phone is not compatible, use the Dexcom G7 receiver.
- Update the phone OS manually, then check the Dexcom settings again.
