Dexcom G6 sensor failed early: getting a replacement

Dexcom replaces failed G6 and G7 sensors under its Sensor Replacement Policy. You need the sensor serial number (SN). (Dexcom)

What the maker says to do

1. Submit a Product Support Request on dexcom.com, or call Dexcom Technical Support at 1-844-607-8398 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
2. Have the serial number (SN) of the failed sensor ready.
3. Have your contact information ready.
