Dexcom ONE+ warm-up: how long it takes
Warm-up takes about 30 minutes after you insert and pair the sensor. You get no readings or alerts until it ends. (Dexcom user guide, p. 17; Dexcom user guide, p. 19; Dexcom user guide, p. 9)
What the maker says to do
- Wait for the warm-up timer in the app to finish.
- Use a blood glucose meter if you need a number during warm-up.
