Dexcom ONE+ compatible phones

- Update the app and the phone manually, then check the settings.
Dexcom ONE+ is not sold in the US. All facts here come from Dexcom's UK and Ireland pages, the UK App Store listing and the outside-US English user guide (mmol/L). Dexcom says Share and Follow may not be available in all regions.
