Do SIBIONICS GS1 alarms sound in Silent mode or a Focus?
What SIBIONICS GS1’s own apps (SIBIONICS GS1 app, SiBionics Companion) do, from the maker’s documents.
Yes
The Urgent Low alarm (3.1 mmol/L) always sounds, even on mute or Do Not Disturb. An Override Do Not Disturb setting (Critical Alerts on iPhone) lets low, high and signal loss alarms sound too, but a Quiet Mode of Silence All or Vibrate affects every alarm. (SIBIONICS user guide, p. 34; SIBIONICS user guide, p. 33)
The GS1 is not FDA-cleared and is not sold in the US; these answers come from SIBIONICS's EU/UK English user guide, its sibionicscgm.com pages and the UK App Store.
