FreeStyle Libre 2 and 2 Plus sensor error
Sensor Error means the sensor paused readings during a quality check. In the first 12 hours it can mean the body is still adjusting to the sensor. (Abbott)
What the maker says to do
- Check again after the time shown in the message.
- Use a blood glucose meter while you wait.
- If the message continues, use the online sensor support request form or call 855-632-8658.
In the US, Abbott's Libre app replaces the FreeStyle Libre 2 app for new sensors. LibreLinkUp alert settings for Libre 2 differ by the country of the wearer's LibreView account: the US list has no No Recent Data alert.
