The Simplera app syncs daily to CareLink Personal, which creates reports; Upload Now sends data right away. Care partners can also be given access through the website. (Medtronic user guide, p. 44)

Simplera (standalone) sends readings to the Simplera app on a phone; Simplera Sync pairs with the MiniMed 780G pump, and the MiniMed Mobile app is a secondary display for the pump.
