What FreeStyle Libre 3 and 3 Plus’s own apps (Libre app, FreeStyle Libre 3 app, LibreLinkUp) do, from the maker’s documents.
Yes
LibreLinkUp is on Google Play as well as the App Store. The manual lists Android 8.0 through 16.0. (Abbott)
In the US, Abbott's Libre app replaces the FreeStyle Libre 3 app, whose App Store listing says it is not the latest app.
With Glide
No
Glide does not currently have an Android app; every follower needs an iPhone. (/libre#apple-watch)
