Dexcom does not mention Nightscout for Stelo. It documents sending Stelo data to authorized third-party partner apps, and to Apple Health or Google Health Connect with a 3-hour delay. (Stelo (Dexcom))
Stelo is sold over the counter in the US only. Dexcom says your primary residence and your Stelo account must be in the US.
