The Stelo app has an Apple Watch app. From Stelo app version 3.3, the sensor can send readings to the watch every 5 minutes without the phone nearby; older versions need the phone in range. (Stelo (Dexcom))
Stelo is sold over the counter in the US only. Dexcom says your primary residence and your Stelo account must be in the US.
